What We Offer: $24 - $45 per hour based on experience and certifications Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for Master Technicians Monthly bonuses based on flagged hours and car count Paid training Multiple bays available Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation 401(k) 5-day work week with rotating Saturdays Career growth and promotion from within Your Role: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance Request parts and follow “Fix It Right the First Time” protocols Conduct pre- and post-repair vehicle testing Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety Additional duties based on skill and certification level What You Bring: Prior service technician experience required Dealership experience preferred but not mandatory Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Please upload your resume.
