We’re Looking For: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented
Manufacturing Technician to join our team at our Gilbert, AZ
facility. In this role, you will be responsible for taking projects
from the schematic phase through to full build completion. Projects
may include, but are not limited to cables, breakout boxes, and
chassis assemblies. Key Responsibilities: Assemble components from
schematics and technical drawings Build and terminate cables, wire
harnesses, breakout boxes, and electromechanical assemblies Solder
connectors and wires, strip and tin wires, and crimp contacts Tie
and sleeve wire harnesses using various methods Perform potting and
molding (experience preferred) Conduct regular inspections of your
own work to ensure high-quality standards Maintain accurate build
documentation and follow detailed assembly instructions Demonstrate
a willingness to continuously improve workmanship and technical
skills. Desirable Qualifications Strong mechanical and/or
electrical background Experience with cable assembly and/or
electronic and electromechanical builds Familiarity with industry
standards such as IPC-620 and J-STD Ability to read and interpret
mechanical and electrical schematics, drawings, and blueprints
Competence in precision soldering and crimping techniques
Comfortable documenting and tracking work performed Additional
Requirements: Ability to hear well, as this is an essential job
function. The production floor can be noisy at times, and clear
hearing is necessary for safety and effective communication.
Ability to lift up to 60lbs This is a full-time, on-site position
Candidates must be willing to work second shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm,
Monday – Friday) if needed Reliable and punctual attendance is
