Exciting Opportunity within the Communication, Navigation and
Surveillance (CNS) organization!
This position is for the Senior Technical Manager within the
Communication, Navigation and Surveillance COE. --This position
will be in Phoenix Arizona leading the Navigation Communication
Radios, GNSS and Audio Management engineering team.-- The talented
team of engineers develops and maintains products that support the
Air Transport and Business, Regional and General Aviation
markets.-- The products include Integrated Multi-mode Radio for
Instrumented landing (IMMR), Distance Measuring Equipment (DME),
Automatic Directions finder (ADF), High Frequency Radio, VHF
Digital Radios, Digital Audio Panels, and GNSS. The team will work
closely with the Radios design team in Bangalore India and
production team in Olathe Kansas and Penang Malaysia.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the
U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain
an export authorizationYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical
discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or
mathematics
- Minimum of 10 years electronic hardware and/or systems
development experience
- Minimum of 5 years project engineering and/or personnel
management experience

- Demonstrated understanding of overall engineering disciplines
and processes for high performance RF based systems. This includes
systems design, software design, electronics design, Microwave/RF
design, electronics packaging, systems mechanical design and system
characterization and correlation.
- Capable of creating a vision and purpose for the NavRadios
product lines (aligned with company goals and business needs),
communicate that vision, and drive that vision to
completion.
- Expertise in the use of Earned Value Management (cost,
schedule, and milestones) in development programs and managing both
risk and opportunity in development programs.
- Demonstrated leadership capability including ability to lead,
develop and influence technical teams. Flexible and open leadership
style with the ability to adapt to change and to drive project
performance in the face of change.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to
