Scottdale and West Valley area, AZ is looking for a Physical
Therapist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter,
punctual, and engaged. Contract, 1099 employee. PRN
Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations of focusing on
functional mobility, balance, strength, flexibility, and fall risk
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to
seniors' unique needs and health conditions Educate patients (and
families) on home exercises, safe mobility techniques, use of
assistive devices, and fall prevention Uphold professionalism,
ethical conduct, maintain clean and safe treatment environments
Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license in the State of
Arizona (Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy) and successful
completion of NPTE Prior experience in geriatrics, home health,
assisted living, or skilled nursing strongly preferred. We are
