workweek: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6am-6pm or 10am-10pm Why This

supervision for adolescents who need a safe, structured, and
therapeutic living environment. This four-day workweek allows staff
to maintain strong work-life balance while delivering consistent,
high-quality care and support to youth in treatment. Ideal

supporting adolescents through daily routines, emotional
regulation, and skill development. Position Overview The Behavioral
Health Technician / Behavioral Health Counselor provides direct
supervision, therapeutic support, and daily structure to adolescent
residents. This role focuses on safety, behavior monitoring,
routine reinforcement, and maintaining a recovery-oriented
residential milieu. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision
and support to adolescent residents throughout daily routines
Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential
environment Observe, document, and report client behaviors,
incidents, and progress accurately Assist residents with activities
of daily living including hygiene, meals, and room upkeep Support
emotional regulation, coping skills, and positive peer interactions
Conduct drug screenings in accordance with program protocols
Participate in therapeutic, educational, and recreational
programming Monitor resident movement, attendance, and transitions
within the facility Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and
leadership teams to support treatment goals Uphold confidentiality,
professional boundaries, and ethical standards Maintain
cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the
residence Participate in team meetings, trainings, and required
documentation Perform additional duties as needed to support client
care and program operations Qualifications & Requirements Minimum
of 6 months of experience in behavioral health (1–2 years
preferred) High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18
years of age Experience working with adolescents or in residential
or care-based settings preferred Strong communication,
documentation, and teamwork skills Must pass required background
checks Possess or be eligible for a Level One Fingerprint Clearance
