Job Description:
Sonora Quest Laboratories seeks a dedicated Technical
Coordinator for our Coagulation and Urine Albumin: Bence Jones Flow
Cytometry department. This role is pivotal in managing the
technical and operational functions, ensuring superb quality
control and seamless laboratory services. Positioned at the
intersection of innovation and diagnostic excellence, the ideal
candidate will oversee critical testing processes, adhere to
compliance standards, and enhance workflow efficiency within a
state-of-the-art facility. Oversee daily operations in the
Coagulation and Urine Albumin departments. Maintain compliance with
regulatory standards and up-to-date laboratory procedures.
Implement quality control protocols and conduct regular staff
training sessions. Coordinate with other departments to optimize
patient outcomes and laboratory efficiency. Analyze data and
prepare detailed reports on departmental performance. Proficiency
in specialized laboratory testing and equipment. Strong
organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work under
pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification as a Medical Laboratory
Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) by ASCP or
equivalent.
