diagnostic testing services in Arizona. We are currently seeking a
highly skilled Technical Specialist for our Laboratory Services
department. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in
clinical testing procedures and a passion for advancing medical
knowledge. This role is instrumental in ensuring accurate,
efficient, and innovative laboratory operations that support
healthcare providers and enhance patient care. Perform complex lab
tests and interpret results to ensure accurate diagnoses. Maintain
and calibrate laboratory equipment. Develop and validate new
diagnostic procedures. Implement quality control procedures to meet
the regulatory standards. Collaborate with other medical
professionals to improve testing protocols and outcomes. Train and
mentor junior laboratory staff. Stay current with advancements in
medical technology and laboratory techniques. Profound knowledge of
clinical laboratory standards and testing methods. Experience with
laboratory information systems. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Effective communication and team
collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to
accuracy. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
