Quality Inspector to join our team in Glendale. This is an exciting
opportunity for a highly skilled professional who is passionate
about quality control and has a keen eye for detail. The successful
candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing
processes comply with our stringent quality standards and will play
a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our products. This
position requires a deep understanding of precision measurement,
blueprint reading, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
(GD&T). Responsibilities: 1. Conduct regular quality
inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, equipment, and
products. 2. Utilize precision measurement tools to verify that
components meet specified dimensions and tolerances. 3. Interpret
and analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to
understand product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
4. Apply knowledge of GD&T to accurately measure and inspect
parts and assemblies. 5. Identify, document, and report quality
issues and defects for production and management review. 6.
Collaborate with production teams to develop corrective actions and
preventive measures for identified quality issues. 7. Provide
technical guidance and training to production staff on quality
control standards and procedures. 8. Monitor and evaluate the
effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive measures. 9.
Participate in the development and revision of quality control
procedures and documentation. 10. Stay up-to-date with the latest
industry trends, tools, and techniques in quality control and
inspection. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience
as a Quality Inspector in the Manufacturing industry. 2. Proficient
in precision measurement, blueprint reading, and geometric
dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). 3. Excellent attention to
detail and a high level of accuracy in work output. 4. Strong
technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and
quality control standards. 5. Demonstrated ability to interpret and
analyze technical drawings and schematics. 6. Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address
quality issues. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability
to clearly explain complex technical concepts. 8. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. 9. Proven experience in
training and guiding staff on quality control procedures and
standards. 10. Advanced knowledge of quality control software and
