future of high-end audio. About The Role Reporting to the Manager,
Specialty Accounts & LATAM, the Specialty Accounts Sales Manager is
a strategic, growth-driven individual responsible for profitable
revenue growth, deepening key customer relationships, and expanding
the regional account base. This role requires a proven salesperson
with strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability
to influence across all levels of cross-functional organizations.
The Sales Manager will serve as a primary strategic and tactical
partner to our channel, ensuring alignment against shared
objectives while consistently delivering results. Can reside
anywhere in the US Key Responsibilities Lead annual regional
business planning aligned with enterprise objectives and long-term
growth priorities. Own and deliver financial and operational
performance, including revenue, profitability, accounts receivable,
and return on investment. Act as the primary relationship leader
with McIntosh and Sonus faber resellers, managing partnerships at
all levels to drive sustainable growth. Align reseller and
go-to-market strategies with Bose Luxury priorities to improve
operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy. Partner closely
with demand planning teams to develop high-confidence sales
forecasts through disciplined, data-driven execution. Lead
coordination of key account sales initiatives, training, and
education in partnership with marketing and channel support teams.
Provide executive-level business analytics, insights, and
performance reporting to guide decision-making. Collaborate
cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, demand
planning, and supply chain teams to drive regional success.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and
document insights to inform strategic and investment decisions.
Skills, Capabilities, & Core Competencies Demonstrated track record
of delivering defined and measurable sales results. Strong
executive negotiation and influence skills, with the ability to
create mutually beneficial outcomes across all organizational
levels. Highly analytical, with a disciplined, data-driven approach
to strategic planning and performance management. Proven
relationship builder with credibility to engage senior leaders,
internal stakeholders, and external partners. Deep expertise in
both traditional brick-and-mortar retail and custom integration
business models, systems, and operating structures. Strong
financial acumen, including P&L ownership, profitability
management, and investment decision-making. Results-driven and
decisive, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment. Executive-level communication skills across
written, verbal, and presentation formats. Collaborative leader who
drives alignment, accountability, and execution across
cross-functional teams. Proficient with enterprise CRM platforms
(Salesforce, Oracle) and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
This position will require 25% travel throughout North America
Experience & Qualifications 8 years of account management and sales
leadership experience, with a consistent track record of delivering
results. Direct experience managing strategic retail, and or,
custom integration accounts. Demonstrated ability to deliver
defined sales results at strategic, high revenue/high visibility
accounts Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related

compensation is thoughtfully tailored to your skills, experience,
education, and location, and goes beyond base salary. The hiring
range for this position in the primary work location of Field
Sales, Arizona is: $80,200-$110,275.The hiring range for other Bose
