Job Description Job Description Job Summary Fireshield is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Estimator & Sales Professional to support our growing installation business. This role combines technical estimating expertise with sales and business development , ensuring projects are accurately scoped, competitively priced, and successfully sold. You’ll work closely with the Director of Installation and project teams to ensure a smooth transition from estimate to execution while actively developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents for fire sprinkler projects Perform detailed material and labor take-offs and prepare accurate estimates Develop proposals, scope sheets, exclusions, and clarifications Ensure compliance with NFPA codes and local AHJ requirements Conduct site visits and job walks as needed Actively pursue and close new fire sprinkler construction and retrofit projects Build and maintain relationships with GCs, developers, and property owners Maintain bid logs, proposal backlog, and CRM records Coordinate job handoff with installation and project management teams Qualifications 3 years of experience in fire sprinkler estimating, sales, design, or project management Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and NFPA codes (13, 14, 20, 25) Ability to read and interpret construction documents Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Self-motivated and results-driven Preferred: Experience with AutoCAD, AutoSprink, HydraCAD, or similar software Fire sprinkler field or design experience NICET certification (preferred, not required) Company Description Everything we do at Fireshield is guided by our Vision and Core Values.
