Representative About the Role We’re looking for an Account
Development Representative to join our Automotive Network team.
This is not a slow, drawn-out sales job. It’s fast-paced,
high-volume, and built for people who love the thrill of closing
deals. You’ll be selling proven Automotive Network products to
existing and prospective auto shops—helping them unlock new revenue
streams while earning structured, uncapped commissions for every
win. If you’re competitive, confident on the phone, and motivated
by results, this role was built for you. What You’ll Do Make
Outbound Sales Calls: Connect with auto shops nationwide to pitch
and close Automotive Network products Close Fast: Manage a high
volume of short sales cycles—speed, confidence, and efficiency
matter Sell Value: Clearly explain the benefits of our financing
tools, rewards programs, and protection services Drive Conversions:
Every closed deal earns commission—your hustle directly impacts
your paycheck Own the CRM: Log calls, track progress, and keep
accurate records in our sales systems Collaborate to Win: Partner
with your manager and teammates to hit goals and refine sales
messaging ? What We’re Looking For Strong phone presence with
persuasive communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced,
metrics-driven environment Results-driven mindset with a hunger to
earn Previous outside or inside sales experience preferred, but not
required Recent graduates or candidates with B2B sales experience

Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $23.00 - $24.50/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
