As the Inside Sales Associate you will be responsible for partnering with field sales team to secure additional sales for the Carrier Commercial Service Organization.
This role is a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have outstanding customer service. This is the ideal role for those that are results-oriented and looking to grow their sales career with a leading HVAC Service organization.

This position is based in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Key responsibilities:

--- Sell and assist sales process; emphasize product features and select materials based on customer need, specifications, interests, demand, capabilities and limitations

--- Coordinate estimating processes; work with customer, sales teams, estimating and leadership to generate accurate pricing proposals for new and existing products

--- Maintain and interpret all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations; prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers

--- Work with sellers in your assigned market to build out comprehensive quotes for repair and service opportunities

--- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information

--- Provides high level of service to internal and external customers

--- Establish customer rapport and effective questioning techniques to identify the prospect's needs, budget, decision-making process, timeline, and next steps

--- Utilize applicable sales tools such as Salesforce to track and effectively develop sales opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• 3+ years' of B2B technical sales experience
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  --- Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needs
  
  --- Bachelor's Degree
  
  --- 1+ years of sales HVAC experience
  
  --- Salesforce and SAP experience
  
  --- Experience working in a fast pace, collaborative team environment
  
  --- Proactive and able to balance multiple priorities
  
  --- Excellent communication, both written and oral
  
  --- Able to build strong relationships across industries and functions
  
  --- Aptitude to understand building mechanical system basics, facility management budgeting processes, sustainability initiatives, and customer needs
