ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Client Solutions Manager II you'll be responsible for winning new customers, nurturing your current customer relationships, building a support team and continually solving any logistics challenges that arise. Your industry knowledge, sales expertise and client relationships will be the foundations of your success at ELITE. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their own book of business and reap the rewards of that investment. Candidates that are financially driven with entrepreneurial spirits will certainly do well!   • Bringing in new clients and fostering new client relationships
  • Developing strong relationships with existing clients and operations facilities
  • Managing daily customer shipments and servicing all loads properly
  • Identifying problems in the workflow and effectively communicating issues to clients
  • Maintaining accurate sales records, reports and customer databases
  • Remaining current on industry news & market trends to maintain industry expertise
  • Continually investing in professional development and personal growth to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • Prioritizing internal and external requests in an effective, timely, and professional manner
  • Achieving and exceeding assigned KPI's based on the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
  • Participating in and contributing professionally to weekly team/company meetings
    • 1-3 years of sales related experience - Know your ABCsss
    • Experience or working knowledge of the logistics industry is preferred
    • EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills - We're chatty folks!
    • QUALITY customer service abilities - They're not always right, but they're always our customer
    • 2 or 4 year degree from accredited university preferred
    • Notable business acumen and professionalism, we're a Microsoft House so show us your Excel shortcut skillz!
      • Our commission is UNCAPPED!
