Job DescriptionThe Associate Luxury Specialist (Associate LS) is a key inside sales position at The RealReal. As an Associate LS, you will drive new business by acquiring consigned items from our new clients. • Base Pay PLUS uncapped commission
• $1500/month commission (at target) - top performers at $2500+/month commission

  • Drive acquisition of consigned goods from new consignors
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing team
  • Leverage strong consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors
  • Outreach daily to existing clients (50-100 per day)
