We are a Customer Experience Solutions Company because to us the Experience is Everything.Our Front and Back Office CRM and Industry Vertical BPO solutions allow clients to gain transformational benefits and excellence by accessing our process, analytics, and technology expertise, as well as our established global delivery network, that provide innovation, scale, and leverage that cannot be obtained within their own organization.If you are an experienced Sales Engineer, please read on!**Our Team enjoys the ability to work remotely and this position can be based anywhere in the US.** We enjoy a compelling and rewarding work environment.**Essential Functions and Responsibilities:**+ Design customized BPO solution proposals for clients, focused on Customer Relationship Management Solutions in Contact Center / Front Office, and/or associated back office/ processing center offerings+ Knowledge of market insights/trends and competitive landscape, specifically around the technology applied in the Contact Center or CX business i.e. Process Automation / Analytics / Omni-Channel, etc.+ Develop CX solutions within a complex operational environment+ Manage business transformation with demonstrable improvements in process+ Employ knowledge of the various commercial/pricing models used in selling BPO solutions to clients, including gainshare and transformation models+ Build complex Excel models to demonstrate business cases, etc.+ Collaborates with all levels of an organization, including senior executives in sales, products and operations, across multiple companies required, and in several countries+ Identifies the best-fit blend of analytics, technology, and operations talent to bring the solutions value to the client and to the company+ Quantifies the value of the solution to the client+ Develops transformation business cases and creative commercial models that allow stakeholders to achieve their innovation, service, and financial goals+ Serves as an internal subject matter expert (SME), and when needed, client facing external SME, on key topics in the BPO space, including traditional offerings, analytics, and technology offerings, as well as trends in the BPO / Customer care industry+ Leads the preparation and participating in, either remoting or directly on-site, a variety of client facing activities, such as presentations, site visits, due diligence sessions, etc.+ Contributes to the continuous improvement efforts on the Solutions team+ Leads Client Sessions**Candidate Profile:**+ Ideally 5 years or more experience in an advanced contact center / Professional Business Services Solutions Provider , Customer care analytics and/or technology practitioner role, solutions, consulting, or equivalent.+ Bachelors Degree in Related field preferred+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills+ Strong Business Acumen+ Strong Solution Sales Acumen+ Engaging Executive Presentation Skills+ Client Facing Experience+ Project Management Expertise**Disclaimer**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
