position** -As a Producer Help Desk Sales Support intern, you will
leverage your analytical and critical thinking skills to provide a
distinctive experience of sales support to our sales agents. You
will spend time learning the business as you also look to the
future for the opportunity to return for a career with UnitedHealth
Group. - As a member of the Producer Help Desk Team, you will
support sales agents and members as Partners in Care as you look
for opportunities to remove hassles for the department. -In this
position you will provide support using systems and facts to
identify and solve a range of problems and respond to callers '
inquiries. -Program features:

Handling inbound phone calls while
providing a distinctive and personal Sales Support
Experience.Research and resolve Sales Agent 's questions relating
to:Sales tools, materials, and product informationHow to use
self-service tools to trouble-shoot systems issuesMember
concernsMedicaid verification, plan eligibility, Application
statusOn-boarding and certification processCommission questions

Qualifications: -
Currently pursuing a Bachelor 's
degree from an accredited college/university during the duration of
the internship. - Internships are not intended for graduating
seniors. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company
sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work
authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates
requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)Full COVID-19
vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth

Rising Senior status during the
