Sales Position Summary: Chetu is seeking Sales Consultants, Sales Executives, and skilled Sales Specialists to drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and expansion within vertical industry segments. This role is focused on building influential customer business relationships by staying abreast of current and future industry trends, changing technology and business knowledge. This position will generate and follow-up on leads obtained through marketing channels, social media, internet research, etc. The salesperson, working within the Chetu sales process, seeks to provide an appropriate solution by understanding what the customer is trying to accomplish, establish customers pain point, and helps coordinate resources to provide solutions, and successfully close sales opportunities. Sales Specialist Roles & Responsibilities: The role requires significant interaction with prospects to identify the best technical solutions to meet their software development needs. Contact with such prospects may be face-to-face, over the telephone, video exchange, and/or the internet. Roles and responsibilities are varied and incorporate the following:

* Chetu Ambassador Established standards to ensure understanding and set expectations for being the ultimate professional when representing Chetu * CRM Management Adhering to Chetus practices, strategies and technologies to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle utilizing our CRM and peripheral platforms. * Communication - Meet Chetus communication standards which includes, but not limited to, scheduled and non-schedule Phone, Skype, and Zoom events, social media activities, and email correspondence. * Achieve Monthly/Quarterly Goals - Utilizing Chetus sales strategies and designed process meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly goals and objectives. * Chetus Documentation Requirements - Communication of time sensitive information, transmissions, and communication by adhering to Chetus processes and procedure.

Qualifications:

* 5-10 years of B2B consultative & conceptual sales skills * Experience in Hunting and Closing; This is not a Farming position * Cold-calling ability to create interest in Chetus services generating new business leads * Networking skills to properly identify and develop new business leads * Proven ability to originate new business and convert a lead into a qualified prospect * Confidently prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the Chetus services * Time management, organization, and customer service skills are essential * Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Skilled in the usage of Zoom * Ability to utilize social media, audio/screen/webcam tools, internet and website research * Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills * Technology selling experience in a specific industry (e.g. healthcare, hospitality, payments, etc.) will be a plus

Compensation Structure:

* Base salary * Commission is annuity like. That is, once you close a deal your commission will continue as long as we work for that client. Some of our client relationships have been going on for more than ten (10) years! Average is more than six (6) months (depends a lot on what type of sale you go after) * If you are above average: Within your first or second year, your monthly income will be more than in a six figure annual salary * If you are good: Within your second year, your commission only monthly income will be more than in a six figure annual salary * No commission cap, the sky is the limit! * High compensation; Multiple sales members have made seven figures over 3-4 years
