Free parking is available onsite and this job is an 8 hour work day, Mon - Fri.Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls from customers in multiple business channels
  • Answering questions regarding in-house orders, pricing and product availability, expediting and taking orders over the phone
  • Providing information on products and services including answering technical questions
  • Providing technical support on full product lines
  • Providing inside sales support for partnered regional sales managersSkills and experience required to be successful in this role include the following;
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Problem solving
    • Communication skills
    • Well organized with the ability to multi-task
    • Patience and listening skills
    • Customer service oriented
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Strong typing skills - Min 40 wpm
    • Two years of experience in a similar role
    • Bilingual (Spanish and English)Training will be provided on the job.Preference given to candidates with two years customer service experience.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:
