Job Title:Compensation AnalystLocation:CityScapeWhat you'll
do:As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting
in the administration of the general compensation programs for the
Bank. These programs include the base salary structure, annual
compensation review, and various short-term compensation
components. You will be responsible for evaluating new and existing
jobs within the Bank to ensure our pay is both accurate and
competitive in the market.What we are looking for:
- Benchmarking jobs using market data, compensation surveys, and
compensation software
- Evaluating the compensation structures for current jobs, which
includes base salary, bonus targets and long-term incentive
targets
- Partnering with HR and management to evaluate any pay concerns
for new/existing roles within the Bank
- Participating in salary surveys as needed
- Assisting with annual compensation planning exercises
- Analyzing compensation data and trends, certifying it aligns
with our structure
- Preparing and maintaining job descriptions to confirm they are
accurate
- Maintaining data in the compensation software system, ensuring
it's up to date
- Auditing HRIS compensation data on a regularly scheduled
basisWhat you need to have:
- 3+ years of compensation experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving
skills
- Ability to take initiative, drive project work, and complete
work within established deadlines
- Good interpersonal and partnering skills to facilitate
effective working relationships
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related
field preferred
