Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in California.--Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the Maintenance department and employees on the assigned shift.-- You will also be responsible for training and coaching the Maintenance hourly employees on using Maintenance principals and Lean Manufacturing. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of all repairs and modifications. The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for evaluating the performance of team members. You will also working closely with the management team.--EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Reliability, Chemical or other related field) required.--EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of Utilities, Facilities or Production equipment maintenance. CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or Direct experience with Maintenance Planning and/or supervision preferred. management team to customer needs are met.
