Supply Chain Operations is responsible for establishing and executing a successful
ISC strategy to meet customer delivery requirements through all phases of the
product lifecycle. You will be an individual contributor and will be required
to collaborate extensively with multiple functions, including operations, materials,
procurement, ISC engineering, and customer business teams. The leader will work
closely with the various Directors and Customer Operations managers who support
the various customers.-- You will be
responsible for On-Time delivery of products to customer need dates, customer
audits, RCCA on specific parts, and various processes and analytics for the
team. You will be responsible for communication and report outs to Honeywell
leadership and in some instances externally to the customers, with a high level
of executive-level visibility.This role requires that
you be located in the Phoenix, AZ area and report directly to Sr. Dir
Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Operations - Aero.Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute a successful ISC strategy to meet customer delivery requirements through all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • On-time delivery of product to customer need dates.
  • Production readiness across the supply base, including internal HON sites & external suppliers.
  • Long-term part health with full alignment of customer demand and supply.
  • Effective communications and coordination between customers, customer business teams, Honeywell ISC leadership, and Aerospace Leadership Team.
  • Responsible for PRO (product Return Orders)
  • Supports all Airbus Audits (IPCAs), Site Visits, AIRBUS RCCAs on specific parts, IRS (Immediate Replacement Stock) & Buffer - contractual requirement
  • Lead and assist with process improvements and analytics for the teamU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE
    • Minimum
      5 years of progressive leadership experience across Supply Chain,
      Engineering, Product Management, and/or Program Management.WE VALUE
      • Six Sigma Greenbelt certified.
      • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management, technical, engineering, or related discipline. A Master's degree/MBA is preferred.
      • Background including program management, manufacturing operations, planning & transition management strongly preferred.
      • Strong communication and experience in customer-facing roles.
      • Industry experience in Aerospace and Defense.
      • Highly resourceful and results-oriented with a strong bias for action and a sense of urgency.
      • Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive results in a highly matrixed organization.
      • Strong analytical and financial skills.
      • Ability to think strategically and to scope tasks and influence goal achievement.
      • Effective coaching, mentoring, and influence skills.
      • High energy level with a can-do attitude, enjoy leading a high-performing team.
      • Demonstrate ability to communicate and build relationships with employees at all levels.
      • Strong written/verbal communication skills in English.
      • Demonstrated usage of change management techniques in a business environment.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
