Job Title:Senior Business Systems AnalystLocation:Block 23What you'll do:As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with business partners, developers, Product Owners, other Systems Analysts, and implementation team to define and deliver effective business systems and solutions for applications. You will be part of the solution delivery team helping with implementation and upgrade, perform issue troubleshooting and drive resolution working with other IT teams for the corporate systems. You will work to mature the tools and practices used by the Solution Delivery teams.What we are looking for: Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features, collaborating with IT developers, vendors, implementation team, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment efforts
  • Create and maintain system architecture, data flow and other technical artifacts working with domain architects and other technology teams for new solutions being implemented.
  • Participate in the Change Management process for the applications
  • When needed, provide training to end users and/or other IT personnel
  • Review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications
  • Involved with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of experience in IT
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in application development, support, prof services, or QA
    • Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations
    • Good communication skills with any type of audience, internal (all levels)/external (to include vendors - Sales/Technology)
    • 3+ years' experience working with MS-SQL or other databases
    • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
    • Good understanding of Problem Management processes
    • Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation
    • MS Azure and other cloud experience preferred
    • Familiar with networking concepts
    • Familiar with Active Directory, Security Groups and Service AccountsOther Requirements
      • Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes
      • Hands on software development and/or implementation experience preferred
      • Experience of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
