warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our

JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service 1 is responsible for answering incoming calls
and providing excellent customer service. They monitor and respond
to customer inquiries. They track, trace, enter, and update
shipments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is a clerical administrative position in a professional office
setting. The employee is frequently required to sit. Occasionally
stand, walk, use hands, stoop, bend and reach. Extensive use of a
phone and a PC is required. Position may require to work remotely
at times.

Company Benefits:
Pay Range:
$15-20/hr
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary
range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light
of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on
the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable
laws.
