Service Desk Analyst Full time Remote

Primary Location: Phoenix, Arizona


V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Service Desk Analyst Full time Remote for our premier client Phoenix, Arizona.



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Performs root cause analysis and remediation in one or more applications or systems.
Analyzes, debugs, and resolves defects in applications.
Completes unit test application changes to ensure quality of work.
Engages with Sr. Leadership and stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
Responsible for problem solving and support of the Tier I Service Desk. Provides customers service.
Supports production systems; analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner; resolves end user service requests as assigned.
