Actuarial Analyst in our Actuarial Leadership Development Program,
you will be supported and encouraged to use your actuarial

this role, you'll support the Government Programs reserving team by
performing month end financial evaluations and investigate key
business problems through quantitative analyses. You will also
support additional monthly and annual processes and other ad-hoc
requests as appropriate. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work
remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough
challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret
quantitative data to identify key drivers of healthcare trends
Utilize various reserving methodologies to set monthly reserves
Effectively communicate results across multiple business units
(Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, etc.) Manage and prioritize ad hoc
project requests Utilize predictive modeling to enhance monthly
reserving process Participate in the Actuarial Leadership
Development Program (ALDP) You'll enjoy the flexibility to work
remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough
challenges. The preferred office location for this role is
Minnetonka, MN; New York, NY; Horsham, PA; or Hartford, CT.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
On the Actuarial exam track, having passed 2 or more Actuarial
exams 2 years of actuarial experience Advanced or higher level of
proficiency with Excel Preferred Qualifications: Experience working
in finance, reserving, or the health care industry Basic or higher
level or proficiency with Tableau, SAS (Statistical Analysis
System), and / or SQL (Structured Query Language) Careers at
UnitedHealthcare M&R Underwriting & HCE. The Boomer generation

City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is
$66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New
York City residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Pay is based on several
factors including but not limited to education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group
