Founded in 1972, the Company grew organically from a one-man wine importing business to a producer and distributor of fine wine, premium spirits, and ready-to-drink beverages, including White Claw Hard Seltzer.Position OverviewResponsible for the daily completion of tasks integral to maintaining the excellent condition of the facility and grounds. This role performs highly diversified duties, to include, general facility upkeep and repairs, general electrical work, plumbing, equipment and plant cleaning, inside and outside work, fabrication and assembly, and assistance with operations equipment PMs as necessary.The Facilities Technician will make certain that Safety and Quality are at the forefront of all activities for both themselves and their teammates. This role will work closely with other maintenance team members as well as other departments including Operations, Quality and Logistics to ensure daily and weekly tasks are being completed on-time and according to standard operating procedures.*Day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday*The Facilities Technician responsibilities will include:

• Comply with all established job safety practices, policies and procedures as specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of work; including, but not limited to: LOTO, hot work permits, confined space entry, arc flash safety, etc.
• Maintain the Building Management System.
• Maintain the building and other assigned areas, inside and out, in a high state of condition and appearance.
• Perform general upkeep and repairs to lighting, walls, floors, plumbing, electrical, filtration, and mechanical systems as required.
• Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Software to track completion of assigned work.
• Performs clean-up, painting, and housekeeping duties.
• Comply with environmental regulations when using, dispensing, or handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials and wastes.
• Perform other job duties as required.Qualified candidates will have:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 or more years of manufacturing facilities maintenance; general plant electrical, mechanical, and plumbing required.
  • Understanding utilization of Building Management System.
  • Experience troubleshooting building electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
  • LOTO experience
  • HVAC experience/license preferred.
  • Forklift, Scissor Lift and Boom Lift experience.
  • Experience sourcing parts and materials for general plant upkeep.
  • Experience using electronic testing equipment.This position is well suited for you if you have/are:

      • Position is generally a 2/2/3 12-hour schedule that will require working every other weekend
