Description:Install, maintain, modify, and repair all mechanical systems and associated equipmentInspect, test, and troubleshoot components of mechanical systems, including: pumps, valves, and associated pipingInspect, test, and troubleshoot components of mechanical power presses and associated support equipmentInspect, test, and troubleshoot components of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsUtilize blueprints and manufacturers installation manuals to complete assigned projectsAlign and calibrate machinery and equipment parts as required for efficient and safe operationComplete work orders and record material utilized on jobsMust maintain production standards to meet internal and external customer demandResponsible for the accurate completion of all paperwork, transactions, tags, etc.Adhere to all Life Saving Rules, including: Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO), Machine Guarding/Bypassing Safety Controls, and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) safety protocolsEnsure Safety, Delivery, Quality, and Cost metrics are met dailySupport 5S initiatives in assigned work areasSkills:Troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial maintenance, Maintenance technician, pump, valve, hydraulic, gear, box, tool, machine, engineer, maintenance, mechanic, troubleshoot, diagnoseTop Skills Details:Troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial maintenance, Maintenance technician.Additional Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of manufacturing machinery maintenance.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
