Our client has an opportunity for a qualified Level 1 Technician to join their team onsite in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 3-month Contract position, with the possibility of extension.Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

• Provide install, move, add, change (IMAC), break-fix and end user support activities as required
• Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image
• Complete assigned projects
• Follow asset management policy and procedures Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of desk side support service experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and basic business applications
  • Excellent analytic / troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer support skills
  • Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
