IPS SC&O specifically houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

You are: A Supply Chain Planning Business Solutions Consultant that can develop and grow our Planning business for the platforms like Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, and OMP.

The Work...

Supply Chain Planningprofessionals develop and implement integrated supply and demand planning solutions that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies and collaboration across companies.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

--- Supports identification, assessment of complex business problemsfor area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

--- Closelyfollows the strategic directionset by management when establishing near term goals.

--- Interacts withmanagementat a client and/or within Accentureon matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

--- Works in a team to determine methods and procedures onnew assignments.

--- Part of medium to large sized Business Solution teamsand/or work effortsat a client or within Accenture.

--- Ensure that the deliverables support for architecture, capabilities, and operations are consistent across the enterprise and meet the requirements.

--- Part of a team to configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc.

--- Supports end to end testing during System Integration Testing

--- Supports User Acceptance Testing

--- Works on delivery of Supply Chain Planning Solutions to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, workflows, and data management/data migration.

--- Works to adopt standard business supply chain planning operating model practices.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning OR minimum of 1 year of experience in implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, or OMP modules
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years work experience) (If an Associate Degree with 6 years of work experience)

    Bonus Points If:
    • Experience in other APS tools preferred - SAP APO, BY/i2/Manugistics/JDA, Aspentech, Quintiq, etc. or at least 1 full life cycle of Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, or OMP implementation
    • Experience of with technical design for inbound / outbound processes
    • Intermediate knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, and OMP configuration/technical development
    • Intermediate knowledge at least one major supply chain function: Supply, Aggregate Supply, Capacity, Order Promising, Demand Management, Forecasting, MEIO, S&OP
    • Intermediate knowledge of functional integration (ongoing closed loop) to major ERPs
    • Intermediate knowledge Understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, and OMP Graph or Data Models
    • Ability two operate in a team-oriented environment
    • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent self and time management skills

      Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here.

      Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role



      New York City:$78,600-$169,800
