Pay Range: $42,660 to $59,417Pay Frequency: BiweeklyPosition Hours: 40 Hours/WeekLocation: Scottsdale, AZ 85051 - Old Town Scottsdale The Maintenance Field Supervisor is a support role for maintenance operations. The purpose of the Maintenance Field Supervisor is to provide support to maintenance department teammates to accomplish Company and property owner goals and objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, applicable state statutes, and all other laws pertaining to residential rentals, whether local, state, or federal.

• Directly supervise Maintenance Technicians, ensuring technicians are cross-trained in other job functions as appropriate
• Supervise and manage work order flow for property portfolio
• May participate in managing outside vendor maintenance relationships
• May participate in property inspections depending on location
• May communicate with property owners regarding property condition and any issues that need addressing
• Hands on repair work required as well as mentoring other maintenance teammates with preventative maintenance tasks.
• Keep approved contractor/vendor lists updated in AppFolio
• May participate in monitoring after hours maintenance calls as directed by local Broker GENERAL GUIDELINES: What you'll need to be successful:
  • 5+ years of related experience
