you will:
- Identify and define Commercial Construction and Environmental
strategic initiatives that require analyses and translate this
information into insight
- Participate in work streams include capacity planning,
fulfillment optimization, vendor engagement programs, support of
expanded quality review functions
- Develop and provide support for insightful reporting and
analytics to drive actionable business results
- Partner with REVS leadership to understand business needs,
develop analysis to address issues or problems, and communicate
findings in a polished and professional manner to the team, and
measure outcomes and results
- Will be directly involved in the technical build-out and
support of reporting databases that enable consistent and accurate
reporting and analytics
- Leads the analytics support of cross functional Commercial
Construction and Environmental projects and mentors junior
analysts
- May manage the analytics support for newly rolled out pilot
programs and/or larger scale cross functional initiatives and
regulatory requests
- May be responsible for data reconciliation and report/analysis
documentation in alignment with policy and governance
- Works with users to define business requirements and analytical
needs; identifies and recommends potential data sources;
compiles/mines data from a variety sources
- As needed, develops specific, customized reports, ad hoc
analyses, and/or data visualizations
- Ensures adherence to data management/data governance
regulations and policiesRequired Qualifications, US:
- 7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling,
Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination
of the following: work experience, training, military experience,
educationDesired Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and
accuracy.
- Knowledge of commercial lending or construction and
environmental reviews
- Strong Tableau experience
- Strong SQL or SAS experience, including updating SQL objects
(as needed)
- Demonstrated excellence at evaluating, developing, and
enhancing processes / process execution.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse
audience.
- Self-motivated, capable of working effectively both
independently and in a team environment.
- Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills with
the ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing
