Start your Voyage -Apply NowPosition Summary:The Vendor Risk Management team is responsible for overall governance of the Vendor Risk Assessment process as part of Voya's Cybersecurity Program. A Senior Vendor Risk Analyst is an internal resource with primary responsibility -executing vendor due diligence activities specific to areas within cybersecurity. This includes the processing of completed Vendor Risk Assessment Questionnaires, Vendor Risk reporting, maintaining documentation for processes, and general vendor security consulting. - -Position Description:Ensure all new vendor engagements that involve the vendor handling, processing, storing, or accessing sensitive information are reviewed to provide assurance the vendor has appropriate controls in place to protect Voya information prior to the business signing a contract.Perform periodic reviews of all existing active vendor engagements.Ensure accurate vendor risk ratings are completed, validated and all required vendor artifacts and documentation is collected appropriately.Maintain a vendor repository for all vendor engagements that handle, process, store, or access sensitive information.Recommend systems and process enhancements to reduce processing times and improve accuracy.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge & Experience:5 years of recent Information Security and Cybersecurity experience required.Broad IT Security knowledge requiredCISSP RequiredExperience in security assessments, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements.Knowledge of NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001 frameworks.Knowledge of industry standard vendor assessment processes (SIG & CAIQ).Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform independently with general direction.Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with ability to communicate to executive level stakeholdersSuperior project management skills.Strong analytical skills.Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent additional experience.Please Note: -This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule. The individual must be available to work Eastern Standard Time hours as business requires.Colorado Residents Only: -The salary range for Colorado residents is $85,500 to $117,700 at the national market range as that is CO assigned geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to the base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on each role to reward achievement of annual performance objectives.
