Trox is currently seeking an HRIS Analyst to support our global HR team. This role plays an important part of our goal to bring technology to students; we are proud to serve thousands of school districts reaching 27 million students in North America.

The HRIS Analyst will play an integral role in the advancement of our UKG (Ultipro Kronos) platform while providing superior customer service to internal teams at Trox. This role partners with multiple areas across the organization and requires the ability to understand both HR processes and system setup. This position supports our goal to deliver best in class customer service by providing creative solutions that promote efficiencies and enhance the employee experience.

  • Champions and serves as technical expert for Human Resources Information System (HRIS), helping to drive long term strategic direction, design requirements, features, functionality and progressive enhancements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and liaison on the HRIS platform.
  • Design, develop, test, analyze and maintain reports and integrations
  • Provide needed support for implementations, integrations, upgrades and modifications.
  • Responsible for all HR compliance reporting to include but not limited to headcount. reporting, EEO Reporting, ACA reporting, along with any other compliance reporting.
  • Provide senior leadership with monthly and quarterly dashboard which includes turn over, attrition, trend, headcounts, DEI matrix, and employee relation.
  • Identifies opportunities for automation or efficiency improvements via business process enhancements, integrations, policy changes and other innovative solutions.
  • Write, maintain, and support variety of queries utilizing HRIS reporting tools. Develop standard reports for ongoing supporting needs.
  • Understand objective of business processes related to the technology. Drive efficiency in the organization and leverage return on technological capabilities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to document system requirements for integrations and implementation.
  • Troubleshoot, provides solutions and implement fixes to configuration, file feed and system issues.
  • Serves as the technical lead, mentor, and trainer for other HRIS users.
  • Perform periotic data audit to ensure integrity of data.

    • Experience working with UKG (UltiPro) and KRONOS (Workforce Ready)
    • Minimum six (6) years of hands-on HRIS experience required.
    • A solid understanding of payroll and HR processes and procedures
    • Strong analytic, problem solving, trouble shooting, consultancy and written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, balance and manage multiple efforts with strong results necessary.
    • Strong data analysis and report development skills.
    • Experience supporting Global HR environment is a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadline in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of requirement gathering techniques and project management.
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, other advanced Excel functions and formulas).
    • Critical thinker with exceptional ability to model system workflows and processes and identify and resolve gaps.
    • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
