The team's success is grounded in understanding the business issues firms face and creating highly relevant and scalable programs that convert insights into business-accelerating actions. - What you are good atAs a key contributor of the Schwab Advisor Services BCE organization, the Senior Manager will be responsible for developing the structure and content for new BCE programs in addition to managing, enhancing, and maintaining existing BCE programs. This role is primarily focused on (1) playing a leadership role in creating new consulting programs-including developing program frameworks and content resources such as workshop presentations, prework materials, program guides, white papers, exercises, advisor guides, and consultant materials (2) playing a leadership role in the development and execution of enhancements to existing programs and program materialsMore specifically, the Senior Manager will focus on creating content and scalable resources that help address the unique technology, operations, and business management needs of our most complex segment of clients. The action-oriented materials the individual in this role produces will help lead to outcomes of measurably improved efficiency, effectiveness, and long-term success for advisory firms.The Senior Manager in this role will conduct research; develop original in-depth, highly actionable content for new and existing programs; partner with a broad range of Schwab team members; and communicate information about the programs he or she creates and manages to various levels of the Schwab Advisor Services organization. This role requires collaborating with and presenting to product owners, subject matter experts, marketing partners, peers, sales and service teams, and executives; strong communication skills are essential.
