If interested, please apply or email me your resume directly at - https://apply.jobot.com/jobs/leasing-manager/554613158/?utm_source=CareerBuilder /> Why join us? $75,000-$95,000 Base Salary Health, Dental, Vision 401k PTO Job Details Scope of Responsibilities: Oversee and manage selection of marketing tour path, target viewing apartments; Ensure rent ready apartments, model homes and community amenities are impeccable Manage effectiveness of mini model items, placement, and presentation Answer incoming calls, convert phone calls into walk in traffic, set viewing appointments; Ensure all leasing traffic is recorded and input daily Manage the timely responses of resident and prospective resident calls and emails; Monitor and verify traffic in queue is responded to daily Tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm Promote successful leasing by facilitating the application process at the end of the tour Design and implement a plan to improve conversion ratios for all leasing associates Review and process all applications immediately upon receipt Timely and respectful communication with applicants upon receiving results Meet with Community Director regularly to review leasing performance and goals, to improve leasing initiatives and strategy Assist with monthly financial performance reports with onsite teams; Support strategy for meeting budget, revenue management, and expense control Assist with all resident, financial, analytic and reporting functions for the community Manage and negotiate all lease renewals in a timely manager and promote resident retention Complete market analysis and shop competitive properties at least monthly; Implement marketing and leasing strategies daily Effectively coordinate daily activities of the leasing team through the management of People, Product, Price and Promotion Provide supervision, direction and structure to your team in the absence of the Community Director, or Supervisor Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the daily marketing and advertising functions of the community to enhance performance Maintain in depth knowledge of the community, residents, and competitor properties at all times Ensure market ready apartments, common areas and amenities are clean and maintained daily Assist team with distributing resident correspondence and notices while maintaining privacy of confidential and sensitive information Accompany vendors to vacant and/or occupied units, as needed Assist with lease renewals in a timely manner and promote resident retention Qualifications: 3 years of leasing experience with outstanding customer service skills Prior management experience preferred Experienced in Microsoft products preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Yardi and Paycom experience preferred Interested in hearing more?
