Duties of a CNC Mill MachinistSet up and operate a variety of machines to produce precision parts to the customer's specifications and satisfaction while maintaining the machines by applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.Requirements:CNC Mill Machinist Minimum RequirementsRead and follow traveler instructions3 axis to 5 axis CNC millLoad and unload material and partsMeasure and document inspection data for self and peersMeasure, document, maintain or improve on established production standardsRead and interpret almost all blueprint dimensions, symbols, and notesDocument countsOrganize, clean, and maintain work areaComplete discrepant tag informationCommunicate with Engineering on issues, needs, and improvementsPerform All Set UpsOther functions as deemed appropriatePhysical RequirementsStanding: This is an essential job function/physical requirement.Walking: This is an essential job function/physical requirement.Turning, twisting, bending, and stooping physical requirements are essential job functions.Pushing and Pulling- These physical requirements are essential job functions.Reaching, forward, and overhead are essential job functions /physical requirements.Lifting - employees must lift 25 pounds and occasionally 50-75 pounds.Benefits:Quarterly Bonus401(k) matching at 90 days vested 100%Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Life Insurance, STD, LTDForesight Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
