The Head of Integrated Services and Enterprise Payments will lead Ford Credit in payments, billing and subscriptions. This role is part of our overall Digital Transformation by building, growing, and maintaining Ford Credit's digital assets and touchpoints across Ford Credit operations. This digital transformation will deliver a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience, making Ford Credit a loyalty machine. That is why customers choose and stay with Ford Motor Company. This is an exciting technology opportunity for a seasoned coach and leader to create technology-driven transformation that drives strategic value and customer loyalty for Ford Credit.This position is a new position reporting to the Head of Digital Engineering, who reports to the CTO.What you'll do---Develop strategies and implement innovative payment, billing and subscription solutions to meet the needs of our dealers and customers.Partner with Product Owners to define requirements and priorities and develop product roadmaps.Leverage Architectural patterns and blueprints to build performant, secure, and compliant solutions.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and partners.Monitor and review payment and subscription trends and make recommendations for improvement.Be accountable for high quality and efficient delivery of the product and technology roadmap.Ensure that our products and services meet or exceed all security & controls, privacy, and compliance standards.Build and run highly scalable and resilient platforms, products and services in a cloud native environment.Use technology to improve business outcomes and increase business process efficiency.Inspect the delivery plans and execution metrics using your own technical depth and delivery experience to assess risks and continuously raise the bar on excellence.Be a champion for building technical skills, software craftsmanship, DevOps, and Agile practices, and enable continuous improvement culture.You'll have---Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent work experience10+ years of experience in the banking, financial services, or related industry10+ years' experience building and maintaining high performing global technology teamsExpert knowledge of business banking products, payments and subscription solutions, and related laws and regulations requiredExperience driving large-scale, customer facing subscription product offeringsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organizationEven better, you may have...Having perspective to build partnerships, drive technology transformation and develop capabilities from the outside/in to support a growth strategyInnovating, anticipating the future, and working toward continuous improvement in the technology teamsTaking personal ownership for advancing significant technology changeInspiring others by communicating a compelling digital vision, role modeling Excellence, Focus, and Collaboration as defined by our Ford Operation System BehaviorsCommunicating a new direction or change with a clear rationale and sense of urgencyCreating or taking advantage of multiple opportunities to promote needed changeAdapting communication content, approach, or style around change to appeal to different audiencesCultivating relationships and collaborating with peers and colleagues across skill teams.
