a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems within
Honeywell Flight Systems, to work on Automatic Flight Controls Systems
(AFCS) for our Business, Regional, and General Aviation platforms, for
fixed-wing aircraft, helicopter, and future Urban Air Mobility (UAM), including EPIC, Apex, next-gen Anthem Flight Deck, and legacy product lines. You will be integral in creating
system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. -You
will be involved in every aspect of the systems lifecycle, from the front end of development through product end of life. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Requirement analysis
  • Requirement decomposition
  • Systems design
  • Model-based systems development
  • Systems integration
  • Systems validation & verification
  • Flight test and issue investigation
  • Customer interaction.
    U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization -YOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as engineering, science, or technology
    • 4 years of experience working on Flight Controls, Autoflight or other Avionics engineering programs. WE VALUE
      • Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
      • Past Flight Controls, Autoflight, Autopilot, or Avionics experience and knowledge
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
      • Ability to identify problems and significantly improve or change existing methods and techniques
      • Ability to adapt dictated by program changes
      • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently
