Founded in 2015, Medivant set up a greenfield manufacturing facility in 2020 which is now validated and fully operational. We have an opening for full-time Manufacturing Cleanroom Technician positions. Location : 24416 N 19th Ave, Phoenix AZ 85085 Schedule : F/T: Monday through Friday, and some Saturday (depends on production) more details upon interview Requirement : Clean Room Experience (If you do not have cleanroom experience we will train you) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD, Accident, Life Salary: $17-$22 an hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Ensure proper operations of all manufacturing equipment within the compounding, filling, and packaging areas. Troubleshooting and repair of minor mechanical problems. Perform equipment set-up and change-over for scheduled production. Utilize specialized equipment for in-process testing such as scales, PH meters, oxygen meters, dissolved oxygen meters, and filter integrity testing. Perform basic arithmetic calculations including calculations for gross, net, and total weights. Calculations for percentages and ratios will be needed. Auto or hand case packing/tray wrapping and pallet stacking of all products, ensuring proper operation of packing equipment. Perform outgoing inspection per batch record requirements. Maintain a clean work environment following aseptic technique. Follow ISO 7 and ISO 5 gowning requirements. Accurately document production processes in the batch record following Good Documentation Practices; reviewing batch records for completeness and accuracy.
