ERP IT Leader

About the Role: W e are looking for an ERP Leader to join our
team. In this role, you will lead the strategy for expansion,
sustainment, and continuous refinement of Medical's ERP Systems
(SAP S4 HANA). You will lead a team of ERP experts, ranging from
functional experience aligned with business practices to technical
experts supporting customization and systems hosting. Partner
across enterprise and with external strategic providers to align
ERP technologies to business objectives.
This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our
facility in Phoenix, Arizona, hybrid or fully remote work allowedin
most locations within the United States, depending upon the
responsibilities of the role and business needs.
- Lead the Medical business's ERP IT team by guiding strategy and
prioritizing effort across an array of functional and technical
- Align with Medical teams utilizing ERP to provide input on
strategic efforts targeted at improving business value of IT
- Be responsible for ensuring Medical ERP systems align to
enterprise ERP system templates; i mprove on enterprise templates
- Align with external partners for ERP support and sustainment;
maintain relationships with ERP software and service providers as
appropriate for strategic escalation and alignment of
product/service development to business value drivers
- Establish clear expectations of equitable and inclusive
behaviors from Associates and act immediately to appropriately
address negatively impactful or unfair behavior
- Minimum 7 years of experience working with functional and
technical aspects of SAP across multiple modules
- Demonstrated experience leading functional and technical
- Demonstrated track record of leading ERP related efforts in
- Apply Product and Project principals to manage intake, solution
definition, development/configuration, and delivery of SAP
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into
priorities/goals, drive performance and engagement through coaching
and feedback, measures outcomes and hold others accountable for
- Ability to understand business requirements, what drives value,
and translate that to technology strategy and prioritize
- Ability to travel up to 25% when required
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or other related
- Experience in the Med-tech space
- Experience with Siemens OpCenter for Medical, Siemens
Teamcenter PLM, and/or Salesforce
Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the
continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate
approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies, from
the country in which they are employed. For fully remote roles, the
following locations are not eligible for new fully remote work
arrangements: Alaska and Hawaii (for all roles), and Rhode Island
(for wage/hourly roles only).
