Job Description:
Drive efficient and effective deployment of Software ALM
(Application Lifecycle Management) & DevSecOps tools with
additional focus on Export controlled toolchain. You will help in
deploying and upgrade of IBM ClearCase/ClearQuest and Atlassian
tools and drive efficient usage. You will act as the direct
interface between tools team and users and resolving any user
issues/support needs. The key focus will be on Export control
toolchain with end-to-end ownership and support.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a robust Service Desk setup for supporting ITAR Toolchain
in IBM Clearcase/ClearQuest and Atlassian tools
Define the upgrade and communication plan for the tool's users,
send out upgrade, informational and outage notifications
Regularly assess and maintain Honeywell Global Security standards
including, patching, hardening, use of standardized images
Contribute to incident management investigation and root cause
analysis
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and contractors for tools
development and maintenance activities

ENIT2023> YOU MUST HAVEExperience managing ClearCase and
ClearQuest with Base/ Unified Change Management(UCM)
Must be US Citizen to support restricted content projects
