Job description On Angel's Wings is looking to hire for several caregiving positions that work with kids and adults with developmental disabilities. HCBS providers (caregivers) work with children and adults with developmental disabilities in home and community-based settings. Your role within our company is to go to the home of a family or person needing services and provide care. The three services we offer are respite, attendant care, and habilitation. Respite is caring for an individual while relieving primary caregivers and providing companionship. Attendant care is assisting with cooking, cleaning, or personal care. Finally, Habilitation is where you will be teaching daily living skills. Essential Functions:

• Provides proper documentation with complete and accurate billing, time sheets and reporting documents within the required timelines.
• Maintains & ensures the confidentiality of all member information in their possession and informs member's Coordinator of any changes.
• Encourages members to participate in community, household, and personal care tasks.
• Provide companionship, personal care such as assistance with dressing, feeding, washing and toileting, as well as advice, encouragement, and emotional and psychological support. Typical hours: Able to work at least 2 days a week (Monday-Friday) between the hours of 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. This is typically a part-time job, with average hours between 5 and 15 a week. In some cases, full-time may be attainable if applicants have a very flexible schedule and are willing to commute longer distances to client homes. Families needing care givers: 7th st and Union Hill- Fridays from 3:30pm to 8:30pm- Male total care 39th Ave and Thunderbird- Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 8pm, Saturday would be a 12 hour shift. This client is total care. (female client) 43rd Ave and Olive- Flexible around the member work schedule 19th Ave and Union Hills- Flexible- looking for 10 to 15 hours a week Pima and Stagecoach- Cave Creek- Evenings and/or weekends 7th Ave and Camelback- 1 to 2 hours a week to start. 40th st and Deer Valley- They would take some after school and/or weekends. Highlighted below are our minimum requirements to get you started with HCBS.
  
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Hold a valid Arizona Driver's License
  • Have documentation of current registration and car insurance
  • Clean 39-month motor vehicle report
  • Ability to complete training programs and successfully pass associated tests
  • Must pass a background check and fingerprint clearance Education:
    • High school or equivalent (Required) License/Certification:
