Job Description:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Build digital job file containing estimating documents
--- Navigate through digital construction plans and locate all roof
related pages
--- Extract drawings and details for estimating software
--- Import PDF roof drawings into On Screen Takeoff estimating
software
--- Utilize Excel estimating sheets to complete roof
--- Promptly generate proposals to customers via Word and email out
estimate
--- Track and follow up on all bids via CRM tool
--- Capture contracts of sent bids
--- Create job files once contract is captured
--- Participate in pass off preconstruction meeting of contracted
work
--- Maintain and build relationships with GC builders and
suppliers
--- Contribute to overall sales goals
--- Execute company vision
--- Conduct all business in accordance with established policies
and procedures
--- Support and abide by the values of the company
--- Other duties as assigned
