-Senior Leasing SpecialistReports -to: Property Manager - -S2
Residential is looking to hire a Senior Leasing Specialist that
will support our team of S2 Leasing Superstars by motivating,
training and leading by example.
-How you'll make an impact:
Staff, encourage, and empower the
properties' Leasing Agents Set leasing goals and strategize with
your team how to achieve themCreate and implement an outreach and
online marketing strategy. Facilitate, follow up and adjust as
needed. The Senior Leasing Specialist ensures that each resident
experience is in line with S2 Residential's mission and core
values.What you'll do:
Lease. Lease. Lease. And lead! Exceed
our future and current resident experience. - Engage with
them!Greet, tour, show, close on all qualified future residents.
Perform outreach and online marketing. - Engage and participate in
Resident Events.Audit lease files to ensure accuracy and train your
team in areas that are lackingIdentify the strengths and weaknesses
of your team and then coach, train, mentor and motivate Generate
new business contacts, marketing ideas, competitive shops and new
leasing efforts to increase occupancy and resident satisfactionWho
you are:
2 years of multifamily experience as
a Leasing Manager or Agent Proven skills in managing leases for
high volume propertiesSolid understanding of federal, state, and
local rental regulations and complianceExpert knowledge of rental
agreementsSolution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving
skillsAbility -to -think -creatively -and innovatively. -Knowledge
-of -ResMan a plusValid driver license and auto liability insurance
is requiredMust have reliable transportation Your core values:

-Our Hours:
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 10:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday. The Senior Leasing Specialist
position requires the ability to work weekends. Hours of operation
are subject to change on time of year and based on the Property's
needs and resident activities.Physical Demands: ---- - - - - - - -
- - Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access
apartments.--- - - - - - - - - - Ability to walk several acres to
tour community.--- - - - - - - - - - Some lifting; up to 25lbs.---
