Local Unit & Position DescriptionAre you looking for an opportunity to support the outreach and marketing efforts for a team dedicated to making the world safer and more sustainable? DNV - Energy Systems group is seeking a part-time Outreach/Marketing Intern -to join our Phoenix, AZ team. At DNV, we strive to make a difference every single day. We're committed and passionate about sustainability and are expanding our team. Our Phoenix office helps Arizona's businesses and multifamily communities understand their energy use and utilize more clean energy. This position is based in our LEED-certified Phoenix, AZ office 2 to 3 days a week (16-20 hours per week). Employment period will be up to a year. -What You'll DoThe successful candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting our Outreach and Marketing team to educate and engage the market on the program, day-to-day operational tasks and assist the team with local in-person events. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated excellence in customer service, outreach, communications, and time management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position QualificationsWhat is Required

• Recently graduated or working toward a bachelor's degree or associate degree in related field.
• Interest in energy efficiency and/or sustainability and eagerness to learn more.
• Intermediate level in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written), customer service/phone, organization and time management skills are essential.
• Proven interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with team members, customers, and contractors.
• Proven experience planning and meeting multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
