Job Description:

There is an opportunity for an experienced Floor Layer to join our renovations team in Phoenix, AZ. This person will be responsible for all flooring demo and replacement for our community renovation projects.

Job Description:

• Base prep for concrete and plywood.
• Installation of vinyl plank.
• Grinding and floating floors before installing.
• Baseboard installation of MDF and Cove base.
  
  Minimum Qualifications:
  
  
  • Ability to take direction well and a quick learner.
  • Possess professional and respectful communication skills.
  • Comfortable with operating equipment including grinders, and mixers.
  • Cleanliness and good organizational skills are critical.
