About the Position:

Hiring for a Project Executive to lead a portion of the southwest region's business development and operations oversight, focusing on warehouse industrial, light manufacturing, office, and mixed-use retail/hospitality projects. This position will be 70% Client/Business Development focused and 30% operations focused. Previous experience in warehouse distribution is a plus.
They are open to relocating the right candidate to Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements:

15+ years of construction experience- local industrial warehouse sector preferred.
Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant discipline required.
Experience managing preconstruction services and leveraging subcontractor relationships to meet and exceed client needs.
