Description:JOB SUMMARY
Currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. Duties include processing billing and making account receivable adjustments. Construction or flooring experience is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Maintaining Receivables email account
  • A/R including processing remittance documentation, posting deposits, verify proper documents
  • Customer Billing and Job costing
  • Friendly Customer Interaction
  • Reviewing daily bank deposit reports
  • Reviewing and completing Customer Lien Waivers
  • Maintaining and reporting of Customer AR records
  • Month-End reporting
    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

      • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
      • Experience with high volume data entry
      • Good math skills
      • High-level attention to detail and accuracy
      • Excellent computer skills
      • Possesses a general knowledge of accounting principles and practices along with at least two years experience in an accounting position.
      • Proven ability to prioritize, detailed oriented and a willingness to take ownership and follow through.
      • Must work well under pressure to ensure that all processing is performed within the required time frames.
      • Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
      • Strong mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills.
      • Ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Excel, Word & Adobe.
      • Adheres to the company's values and ethical expectations.
      • Able to effectively multitask with a strong attention to detail.
      • Willingness to accept other additional responsibilities as requested.
      • Willingness and ability to learn new processes and new technology.
