Primary Responsibilities:

Create supporting collateral and support sales effort with clinical staff.

Contribute to solution ideation, creation, development, and implementation or projects

Provide project management support for large initiatives

Lead and coordinate analytic activities (analyses and report creation)

Coordinate data integration activities

Identify follow-on opportunities and helping to scope and close follow-on engagements

Support Senior leadership to identify, track and resolve client issues

Identify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives

Accountable for end-to-end execution of assigned projects

Lead and conduct required business stakeholder discussions and meetings, employing excellent communication and presentation skills

Prepare for and conduct client presentations, kick off meetings, status updates, client acceptance meetings, etc., including appropriate agendas and meeting recaps

Work closely with internal and Client Leadership to identify and resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes

Communicate effectively and gains client trust by facilitating discussions, working collaboratively, setting expectations, acting responsively, and completing deliverables

Provide project management support to leadership to support operational activities

The most challenging part of this role? Effectively manage multiple projects collaborate with senior stakeholders. You'll need to drive collaboration in a cross-matrix environment leveraging your ability to build relationships and meet timelines.

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience

1+ years of experience in project/ program management with experience leading project delivery for large, cross functional projects

Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, TEAMs, and SharePoint

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings

Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects

Demonstrated diagnostic, analytical, quantitative, written, verbal, and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to excel in highly matrixed organization

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to facilitate meetings

Demonstrated ability to manage work with limited direction

Demonstrated time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with physicians, administrative staff and employees at all organizational levels

Proven solid analytical and critical thinking skills

Proven highly adept at handling ambiguity

Proven solid interpersonal skills
