Sogeti Phoenix is looking for Senior Salesforce Test
leads/Managers. No visa candidates
Full time/Permanent opportunity
Strong Salesforce Service cloud / Healthcloud background
o At least 1 successful full implementation of Salesforce Service
cloud/Healthcloud
o Salesforce 201 administrator certification desired but not
mandatory
o Good understanding of the underlying Salesforce architecture
o CI/CD for release management in Salesforce environment
--- Quality Engineering expertise
o UI/API Test Automation
o Strong CI/CD basics to ensure Test Automation is a part of
Release Automation
- Smoke testing as a part of release automation
- Environment certification as a part of release automation
o Experience building automation experience across multiple tools -
open source and commercial
- Selenium needed. Gherkin toolset desired)
- Tosca experience would be a plus
o Good understanding of validating API performance using
automation/PT tools
o Experience building "headless" automation - Test Automation using
APIs and not just UI.
o Solid experience with Azure DevOps
- Building queries/dashboards on ADO
- Utilizing ADO for build/deploy pipelines

o Solid communication skills - oral and written
o Ability to mentor/support team mates
o Ability to present to senior stakeholders
o Curiosity to dig in and find out more about stuff that she/he
doesn't know about.
